- 10.45 - 12.45 Lecture on ABC in Communications by DTM. Shri. Mathews Kurien (Aymanam, Kottayam, Distinguished Toastmaster from Saudi Arabia)
- 12.45 - 01.15 Lunch
- 01.15 - 03.15 Lecture on Teens' Tips (Continuation of Phase 1 Lecture) by Dr. John Panackel
- 03.15 - 04.00 Concluding Meeting including prize distribution to 3 top score winners of assignments

Ice-breaking Speech Contest: Saturday, 14th of September 2013 (9 am to 1pm)
Singing/Recitation Contest: Saturday, 12 th October 2013 (9 am to 1pm)
Interview Contest: Saturday, 9th November 2013 (9 am to 2 pm)
