KOSS - Saudi Arabia Chapter - Annual Family Get-together and Picnic

KOSS Global - Saudi chapter member’s, arranging annual family get-together and picnic is scheduled for 4Th of June.
 
The details as below:-
 
Time:         08.30 on Friday ,  4th of  June. (Bus will depart at 8.30 AM sharp)
Venue:       Farm house at Hofoof. (175 Kms from Dammam/khobar).
 
Transportation:  A luxury coach has been arranged for everybody to travel together. Please avoid using your own car. The bus would be arranged at the parking area of DAMMAM passport office adjacent to AL-Hamra Golden Tulip Hotel. 
 
Food and snacks: Breakfast would be served inside the coach. Afternoon lunch would be served at farmhouse. Evening snacks is being arranged at the  picnic spot before we returns to Dammam.
 
Picnic spots:       Visiting "The famous Al-Hassa Caves" first,  then proceed to the  farm house. After the lunch and  get-together, arranging for a visit to the NADEC Diary farm and Juice factory, subject to the prevailing climatic condition and final approval from the Diary authorities.
 
Every member is being invited individually, if anyone is missed to be intimated, general convener requested that to treat this as an invitation and avail this opportunity.
 
He requested all again to be present at the starting point by 08:15am ready to board the coach. All co-ordinators of each location are to take charge and ensure individual presence.
